With over 25 years of experience in the flooring industry, Michael has worked on projects ranging from smaller residential applications to large-scale commercial projects. He works closely with customers in our showroom to help select and design flooring solutions based on the desired look, material, and application, while also ensuring the products are properly suited for the project.

Michael also has extensive experience overseeing complex, multi-phase projects, including educational facilities with detailed design requirements, ensuring the finished installation accurately reflects the architect and interior design plans.

He specializes in educational facilities and multifamily housing, bringing extensive project knowledge and hands-on experience to every project he manages.

With over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, Todd has been involved with CarpetWorks for nearly his entire life. With his father founding CarpetWorks LLC in 1991, Todd grew up around the flooring business and learned the ins and outs of different flooring materials, proper installation methods, and what it takes to complete a project correctly from start to finish.

Over the years, Todd has built strong relationships with vendors, property managers, architects, and builders, allowing him to successfully manage a wide range of projects. His experience includes assisted living facilities, large multifamily apartment complexes, and projects requiring highly detailed material patterns and specialty or special-order products.

Todd’s extensive industry knowledge and long-standing relationships help ensure that even the most complex flooring projects are handled efficiently and with the attention to detail they require.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the flooring industry, Adam has been part of CarpetWorks his entire life. As Todd’s older brother, Adam stepped into the industry first, learning directly from his father and gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of the flooring business.

Over the years, Adam and Todd helped expand CarpetWorks beyond residential and property management work into large-scale commercial projects throughout Connecticut. Today, Adam plays a major role in managing the business, overseeing projects, ordering procedures, and accounting, while continuing to manage projects of his own.

Adam is also heavily involved in new project bidding, including detailed takeoffs, reviewing blueprints and finish plans, coordinating materials, and scheduling to ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.

He specializes in multifamily housing developments, large-scale apartment complexes, and residential projects, while bringing an extensive knowledge of flooring products, materials, and installation requirements to every project.

With over 40 years of experience in the flooring industry, Milton has transitioned into project management while bringing with him an extensive background in flooring installation. After serving in the Marine Corps, Milton spent more than 37 years installing all types of flooring and has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to complete an installation properly.

Milton was one of the first installers to work with Gary Silverman when he started CarpetWorks in 1991 and has remained an important part of the company ever since. Today, Milton serves as CarpetWorks’ go-to expert for installation, helping ensure projects are completed correctly and without unnecessary complications.

With his extensive hands-on experience and knowledge, Milton works closely with our installers, providing guidance on proper installation methods and helping resolve any unforeseen challenges that may come up during a project. His experience allows him to find practical solutions and keep projects moving forward while maintaining the quality of the installation.

Milton specializes in restoration projects, housing authorities, and property management, with a strong focus on keeping projects within budget and meeting required deadlines.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the flooring industry, Greg has developed extensive knowledge of the materials, products, and day-to-day operations that go into successfully completing flooring projects. As Warehouse Manager, Greg plays a key role in keeping materials organized, accounted for, and ready to go when our projects need them.

Greg works closely with our project managers, installers, vendors, and customers to coordinate material deliveries, pickups, and project needs. He helps ensure that the right materials are received, organized, and prepared for each job, while keeping our warehouse running efficiently.

His experience and attention to detail help keep projects moving smoothly from the warehouse to the job site, making him an important part of the CarpetWorks team.

With nearly four years of experience in the flooring industry, Charlie brings a broader background in construction, having worked his way from the labor side into project management. His experience in the field has given him a strong understanding of the day-to-day challenges that come with managing construction projects, while continuing to learn and grow with every project he takes on.

At CarpetWorks, Charlie works closely with customers, contractors, property managers, and installers to coordinate projects from the initial estimate through material selection, ordering, scheduling, and installation. He takes a hands-on approach to each project and is always looking for ways to make the process easier for the customer while ensuring the work is completed properly and on schedule.

Charlie specializes in customer services, residential projects, housing authorities, apartment complexes, property management, remodeling companies, and commercial tenant fit-outs. He has experience working with a wide range of flooring products and applications and continues to expand his knowledge of the industry every day.
